Parsley Curly

Petroselinum crispum. The curly version .It is an extremely useful culinary herb. The leaves and stalks can be used to make a delicious vegetable stock along with carrots, onions and other garden vegetables. Also good to freshen breath after eating meals with garlic. Height 30cm. Prefers a site in partial shade. Medicinally is used for treating urinary infections and fluid retention.
