Description
Salvia officinalis purpurascens. With purple leaves that are a thin oval shape and aromatic this is a lovely variety of sage that looks equally nice used as an ornamental plant. The flowers are blue-mauve in colour. Great with fatty food and the antiseptic qualities of this herbs kills off an bacteria in meat as it cooks. Height 70cm. Full sun
