Description
Levisticum officinale. Wonderful tall perennial herb with deeply divided green leaves and greeny-yellow flowers. Prefers a damp soil in sun. Great in pots & containers but keep well watered. Adds flavour to soups and casseroles. Height 2m. High in quercetin, Vitamin C, and B-vitamins . Medicinally is used for UTI's, water retention and as an antiseptic.
