Eryngium x.z. 'Violetta'

A really dark blue form of sea holly with a cone of deep violet-blue flowers.  This variety really stands out well in a mixed border and reaches heights of 70cm so perfect for mid border planting but also not too tall for pots and contianers if you want to make and impact on the balcony or patio. The bees love a sea holly and will flock to it in their masses. Copes with poor soil and also costal winds. Full sun
