Allium schoenoprasum. Soft versatile herb. Use in salads, egg dishes and fish. Best added in the final moments of cooking. Overcook and you loose the flavour. We love them sprinkled over cheesy baked potatoes and scrambled eggs. Height 30cm. Bees love the flowers which appear late summer.
