Mentha x piperita. Highly aromatic variety of mint with dark purple exotic stems and very attractive mauve flowers in the summer. Great for puddings and adding to cake or muffin batter. Also lovely added to jams and jellies. Adds as you would expect, a chocolate mint flavour like the famous chocolate. Height 60cm. Good for bees and butterflies. Full sun
