Anthriscus cerefolium. Annual herb that is most widely used in French cuisine with a similar delicate parsley like flavour with an aniseed undertone. A wonderful addition to chicken, white fish or egg dishes and can be used in salads raw. Wonderful to enhance the flavour in vegetarian & vegan dishes. Height 60cm.
