Nursery Open Days - Free Entry

What to expect

• Please check our Events & Shows page for dates of all our open days and creative workshops.
• Nursery open day opening times: 10.30am – 2.30pm.
• These open days are very relaxed and simply an opportunity to browse and purchase plants in person.
• Should you wish to have a more personalised experience – during which we will show you around the gardens and nursery – we recommend that you make a group booking (minimum 4 people); please email for more details.
• There are toilets for customers to use, and we do make a great cuppa (tea or coffee).
• If you do see something you like on the day, we have card payment facilities and accept cash.
• There is no entry fee for the open days. Dogs are welcome but must be on a leash.

How to find us

• We are conveniently located close to both the A17 and the A16. Archers Lane is directly off the A16. Don’t go into the village of Algarkirk, which is on the opposite side of the A16.
• Once on Archers Lane, pass by the 4 semi-detached properties and we are the bungalow just after.
• It’s quite difficult to see the property itself as we have so many trees and shrubs at the front so look out for the eagles flanking the gates.
• Parking for all nursery events is at the very end of Archers Lane (passing Eagle Lodge on the left-hand side and going straight over at the T-Junction) on the concrete hardstanding next to the farmer’s barn. Please don’t park along the lane as we have several farms at the end of the lane and a tractor needs more room than a car!
• If you or someone you are visiting with has mobility issues, you are very welcome to use our drive, but you will need to arrange this directly with us in advance (just send us an email or give us a call!)
