Horseradish | Armoracia rusticana. Gaining real popularity this herb is now often used instead of wasabi as it's so much easier to produce. It's a very generous plant so make sure that you keep this plant pot bound otherwise it will go everywhere. Best to harvest the root in Autumn. Height 60cm - 90cm. Medicinally is used as a circulatory stimulant.
