A slight change from the regular purple alliums, this variety has more of a lilac colour so a real standout in the border. Reaching heights of 100cm they can be planted mid to back of the border. As with all allium the leaves will start to die back when the flowers start to appear so if planting into containers always underplant. Removing the leaves will not stunt the growth of the flowers. Full sun. Loved by bees and butterflies.
