Callicarpa bodinieri 'Magical Deep Purple' (PBR)

Great deciduous shrub that lives up to its name in the Autumn and is smothered in striking violet bead like berries. They come from rather small pink flowers that are produced in the summer. Prior to leaves dropping they will turn a lovely bronze-purple. A great shrub for lighting up the border in late Autumn. This variety has a more compact shape and reach a mature height of 2.5m. Good for bees & butterflies.  Full sun or partial shade.
