Herb Society Day - Saturday 10th May 10.30am-3.30pm

What to expect

We do hope you can join us on Saturday 10th May for our Herb Society Day, when we will be opening the nursery and welcoming Herb Society members (non-members also welcome!) You will be able to explore our extensive collection of plants, including culinary and medicinal herbs, as well as our National Collection of Achillea millefolium. We also have a collection of Home & Lifestyle products available to browse.

At time of booking, please select the tour time you would like (please note that places are limited to 12 per tour and on a strictly first come, first served basis).

Useful information

• 10.30am – 3.30pm
• Guided tours at 11am and 2pm on a first come, first served basis (so they will need to choose which one at booking stage ideally and there will be 12 passes per tour).
• Light refreshments will be available.
• Toilets are available.
• If you do see something you like on the day, we have card payment facilities and accept cash.
• Dogs are welcome but must be on a leash.

How to find us

• We are conveniently located close to both the A17 and the A16. Archers Lane is directly off the A16. Don’t go into the village of Algarkirk, which is on the opposite side of the A16. Once on Archers Lane, pass by the 4 semi-detached properties and we are the bungalow just after. It’s quite difficult to see the property itself as we have so many trees and shrubs at the front so look out for the eagles flanking the gates.
• You can park anywhere on the driveway, but this may mean blocking other cars in. Alternatively, you can park further down the lane where it widens at the end or, if you have a small car, alongside our wall at the front, but do remember that we have several farms at the end of the lane and a tractor needs more room than a car!
