Origanum vulgare. As you would expect this is a tidy form of marjoram that keeps a lovely shape. Great in pots and containers. Use as you would regular marjoram. We love to use this sprinkled over pizza or cut raw into salad. Also make a really pleasant drizzle, just infuse the leaves with olive oil for 48 hours, strain and use. remember to rip the leaves to open up the essential oils.
