Description
Petroselinum crispum. A widely used herb great for fish dishes, wonderful in a cheese sauce. It is a biennial so will need replacing every couple of years. Chew raw to rid garlic breath and can also be uses in a tea mix for treating head lice. Height 40cm. Prefers a position in partial shade.
