Super powerful so use sparingly. Great for use in stir fries and also Vietnamese Pho. The flavour is much more intense than the regular coriander so if you are substituting do make sure you try first and the regular coriander is not as punchy. Consider using in the batter mix for spring rolls for an authentic Vietnamese flavour
