This is a perfect for those not keen on the texture of cooked onions. The dust will add a gentle flavour to stir fries (add at same time as oil) and is also superb in a savoury bread mix. Also nice dusted across cooked fish or meat but do this as the dish comes out of the oven for a mild hint of onion.
